Having worked in a senior role for some time, our Senior Property Manager understands the importance of attracting the right tenants from the start and regularly communicating with her Landlords is always a priority.

She is determined to ensure landlords and tenants receive the utmost professional service and has gained a reputation as someone whom owners and tenants can rely upon in all situations.

Her knowledge of rental trends and legislation is on point and she is always motivated to give help and advice to our clients assisting our clients in making informed decisions regarding the management of their investment. Being the owner of an investment property herself, our Senior Property Manager knows firsthand what she would expect from a Property Manager and ensures she delivers that same outstanding service.

Edward recently graduated from Brisbane Grammar and is a passionate and persistent young man who strives to excel in the property industry. His youth and willingness to tackle new challenges make him a great assistant in any field.

 

Edward’s pedigree is second to none as a third-generation property industry professional. Ed’s grandparents developed property in and around Brisbane, opening the door to his father’s (Bruce Baker) 25 years property industry experience. Bruce started in Sales with Ray White progressing to Auctioneer before working 11 years at Colliers International as Managing Director of the Qld business and National Director of Investment Sales. Ed’s father has spent the last 10 years as Executive Managing Director – Regional Markets and Snr Managing Director, Queensland at CBRE Asia Pacific (commercial real estate services and investment firm). Additionally, both parents completed law degree’s.

He is cool calm and collected and strives to have a long, successful career in the property industry. Edwards hobbies and interests outside of work include fishing & boating, basketball, and hanging out with friends and family.

Assistant Property Manager

Amanda is versatile and has extensive experience in Property Management, Human Resourcing, Workplace Health and Safety and her families cleaning business.

Amanda started working as an Assistant Property Manager ages ago and after several years changed direction into the Aged Care Residential industry. Recently Amanda worked as Operations Manager and Workplace Health and Safety Officer developing business plans with a focus on cost control and revenue growth. Amanda was also involved in the planning and development of a specialist dementia wing to ensure the safety of the high need patients. More recently, Amanda reacted to a call for help from the family business and implemented systems, procedures, checklist and policies to making the business scalable.

Amanda has developed exception managerial skills over her time in aged care and has decided to come back to the Property Management industry to share her knowledge and assist in developing and improving the industry as a whole. Amanda’s communication skills are excellent, and we are proud to have her as part of the Bluestone Property Management & Sales Team.

Marcella is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the financial services and property industry and has been with the company since its inception.  Marcella commenced her career.

Marcella commenced her career as a taxation consultant with Arthur Andersen and has subsequently held senior finance roles at Bankers Trust and Perpetual. At Bankers Trust Marcella was responsible for all statutory, compliance, financial and management reporting obligations for its real estate funds management business including both listed and unlisted property funds. At Perpetual, Marcella had national responsibility for developing and managing its service offering to property syndicators and funds management clients.

Marcella has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from FinSIA, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Lisa joined Bluestone Property Management in 2015. Lisa has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland and assists with the Human Resources, Safety, Financials, Administration and Compliance to ensure the high standard, reliability and professionalism of the corporation maintained.

Lisa started her career in Chartered Accountancy before quickly finding her niche in Management Accounting. Lisa has over 20 years’ experience working in Manufacturing environments and now extensive financial administration experience within the property industry.

Administration

Pinky is a highly motivated and results driven Administration Assistant. She is extremely enthusiastic and is a very down to earth person who has a high level of communication skills across multiple mediums.

She understands the importance of exceptional customer service and strives to go the extra mile in her dealing with clients. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, singing and spending time with her family.
